Our classes help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, and the disassociation that frequently accompanies the traumatized and stressed body.
Yoga is a great tool to have in your self care tool kit.
We do require a wavier of release of liability prior to participation and we do recommend you seek the advice of a physician prior to beginning any exercise program.
At From The Ground Up Yoga - Canada we belive yoga should be available for all to practice. We therefore offer a Karma Space in each of our sessions/classes.
A Karma space is one that is free for members of our community who may like to try yoga but are unable to due to the current restrictions our economic climate may be inflicting upon their families.
